To avoid spread of disease and to make sure that you are always protected when you shower, bear in the mind the following cleaning and sanitation tips of your shower.
Use cleansers and cleaning products that have the capability to kill germs, molds, and other harmful creatures found in the shower room. Powdered products are the common cleaners of shower and tub. If you want to save money and want to resort to homemade cleaning solutions, clean water and baking soda will do.
Sprinkle the baking soda on the surface areas of your shower room and moisten the areas with water. Let it stay for 10 minutes before rinsing the areas. This way, stains will be eliminated and bacteria will be killed, too.
To avoid mold growth, use fungicide spray. For homemade solution, a small amount of bleach mixed with water will finish the task. If you don't have it, you use other disinfecting products available in the market.
In removing deep stains and rust stains and dirt found in tiles, you can use toothbrush and other appropriate kind of brush. If possible, use long-handed brush. After using the brush, make sure to separate it from other toothbrushes for personal use.
Finally, don't forget to dry with wet areas using dry rags or let it dry with a fan instead.
