Planning Cleaning

Published on Sunday, 04 October 2009

Cleaning can prove to be a laborious task when you do it haphazardly. But when executed under a well thought out plan, it become a more tolerable and efficient task.

When planning, be sure to first allot significant time to do your cleaning. All the parts of your house and all the fixtures will have some kind of special requirements and needs, so make sure that these are incorporated into your plan. The same goes for the time allotment for the schedules. You can choose to do a certain number of tasks spread out during the weekends of the month, or just do them straight - it's entirely up to you.

List down all the cleaning tools and materials you will need that you don't have yet so you can make do with only one trip to the store. Take not of which materials, solutions and chemicals are allowed and prohibited for a certain kind of furniture to avoid any unnecessary damage. Best consult labels or do some research on the internet to see which are safe and which are not.

Planning is an essential part of any undertaking, house cleaning included. As long as you stick to your plan the faster everything will be accomplished and done.
