Lingerie Drawer Spring Cleaning Project: The Rule Of Thumb
Published on Thursday, 04 February 2010
Your undergarments might be just tiny pieces in your drawer but they still need the same attention as that of your wardrobe. This time, you can make a spring project to clean and arrange the drawers that hold them safe. However, there is a unique rule in terms of cleaning out this drawer.
The first thing you must consider is the type of underwear garments you have. For instance, when talking about bras, you must have at least the six common types such as seamless, strapless, sports, specialty, sexy, and spa bra. Though you do not use some of them most of the time, it is still a must to keep them rather than to donate or throw them.
Also, it is good to know that bras have only a maximum life cycle of six months. After this, they cannot give out anymore the support you need. Therefore, it is time to throw away bras that are too old already, no matter how still good their looks are.
Another thing that you must consider is that if you have seasonal garments, do not keep them in that same drawer. You can always pack them in with other seasonal items and take them out when the right season comes.
So now, give a couple of minutes of your time to your lingerie closet. Once you are done with this task, you will notice that your lingerie inventory will be neater than ever.
