Wicker furniture is quite popular now especially with the more innovative designs available today. But apart from that what really makes it so popular is the fact that wicker is quite durable. So it's great for outdoors but can be used indoors too. Nevertheless, even wicker furniture demands proper maintenance. For one, you need to ensure that your wicker furniture is always clean. That is why you need to vacuum it regularly. Simply take out your vacuum cleaner and use the soft bristle attachment to clean and get rid of the dust. Since wicker is woven, there could be crevices and areas that are hard to reach. For this you can use a narrow paintbrush to clean them more thoroughly. But since people sit on or by your wicker furniture spills could accidentally happen. When it does, you have to deal with it immediately. Get a piece of cloth and put a mild detergent on it. Use the wet cloth to wipe off the spill. On the other hand, if your wicker furniture is very dirty you can instead hose down the entire furniture with water and mild detergent. Rinse it well and let it dry. Now if molds are present in your wicker furniture, you should use bleach and water to remove the molds. After everything is cleaned, just let it dry. After that it will look nice and comfy once again.
