How to Maintain Cleanliness and Order in the Household
Published on Thursday, 08 April 2010
Cleaning would not be a burden to you if you train your family the right habits. You don't have to
shoulder the cleaning part yourself either. But your house would end up cleaner and more orderly most of the time.
While general cleaning would have to be done regularly it won't be needed that often if everyone does his part. For instance, if each person is responsible for cleaning after his own mess there will be no mess in the house. Each can wash the dishes he or she uses when he eats alone. When using the bathroom, each should take care of the mess he has made there too. Of course, you would have to keep a complete set of cleaning tools and cleaning supplies in the bathroom. Each person should also clean any dirt or trash he comes across with. Instead of waiting for someone else to pick up trash on the floor, you should pick it up and throw it to the trash bin even if the trash is not yours. You should also have a place for everything in your home. And implement this the whole time in your family. Instead of just leaving things lying around, everyone should put them back to their proper places. With less clutter and dirt in the house, there would be lesser to clean as well.
