How to Completely Organize Your Home
Published on Wednesday, 28 April 2010
In organizing your home, you don't just stop at organizing or arranging the furniture. Not a single corner should be forgotten. For instance, your coat and tie rack should be well organized so it will not look cluttered wherever you put it. If you or your hubby is like anybody else you probably just keep on adding new ties as you get them. Even if someone gives you a wacky tie you can never use to the office you would still mix it with other ties. If you are guilty of this you need to act now. Take all your ties off the rack. Lay everything on the bed or the floor. Get two bags so you can segregate the ties that you use most often from those that you no longer use. If you are a woman you would need to organize your jewelry box. You also need to disentangle necklaces and bracelets. You need to separate earrings that don't have matching pairs anymore. You can also group together pieces that match. Then you can also segregate the pieces you often use. Even family photographs need to be organized too. Photos, from old frames that you no longer display, should be kept in an album. You can even make a scrapbook out of these old photos. In order to make them more meaningful you can add notes next to the photos too. The important thing is to keep clutter at a minimum. You should even give away all extra items whenever possible.
