House guests will check your rugs first before anything else once they entered your home. Rugs are the first thing that are being noticed just like a person will notice first your clothes before anything else.
This is the reason why it is very important to clean your rugs properly. Here are some tips on how to clean your rugs properly.
If you have stained rug, it is best to clean it immediately to prevent the stain from penetrating deeper into your rugs' fibers, which will definitely make it harder for you to clean it thoroughly.
Vacuum them regularly to minimize the frequency of cleaning it using water and soap. It is best to vacuum your rugs at least once a week.
White rugs are very sensitive to dust and dirt. It could look filthy because of its color. The best way to preserve its color is to vacuum it at least twice a week. You can also use a wet and dry vacuum in order to wash it thoroughly and let it dry using your vacuum, too.
You also need to remember that if you wash it with soap, you need to wash it thoroughly in order to remove the remaining soap that could cause a foul smell.
