It is also important to know if the roof cleaning contractor will clean the whole roof. It is not enough to clean only the visible stains. If there are stains in one spot, stain are surely forming in the rest of the roof.
Professional roof cleaners generally should work in teams of two. While one would focus on cleaning the roof, the other would make sure that the ground is cleaned as dirt falls from the roof. The person on the ground would also assist the person cleaning the roof.
And lastly you should make sure that the roof cleaners offer liability coverage. Should they damage your roof while rendering service, they will be liable for the damages. This way you are insured from any losses. And if you choose the right company, you will also have cleaner roof after they are done cleaning your roof.
