With the obsession that almost everybody has in owning the latest high-tech gadget, a lot of people find themselves owning a plethora of electronic gadgets. If you don't make it a habit of selling an old model laptop computer when trading it in for a newer one, your electronics will definitely pile up.
Similar to the care that you are giving in cleaning your house, the same attention should be paid to ?cleaning' your electronic gadgets. Here are a few tips on how you can keep your electronics in perfect working order while keeping them spick and span:
· DVD Players
You don't need to be an electronics expert and take apart your DVD player just so that you can give it a good cleaning. Buy a can of air spray and turn your DVD player on. Leave the tray ajar and use the canned sprayer to clean the vents at the back, as well as all the other nooks and crannies where dust might settle in.
· Television Sets
Depending on the type of TV set that you have, you can use a basic window glass cleaner or the one used for LCD screens. Don't spray the cleaner directly onto the screen, use a microfiber cloth instead so that you can keep the screen sparkling minus the lint.
· Laptop Computers
There are laptop computer cleaning kits sold in stores which you can use to get rid of the fingerprints and smudge on the screen. Use the canned air spray to blow off the dust from the keyboard and wipe it clean with a piece of damp cotton ball.
Your gadgets and electrical appliances at home will definitely last longer by keeping them clean, so make sure how to do it properly.
