Cleaning Ceramic Floor Tile and Grout Made Easy

Published on Thursday, 04 March 2010

Most house floorings are made from Ceramic Tiles. These tiles are made from refined clay and are glazed with glass coating to give them the glossy touched. Grout is the material used that fill the spaces between the ceramic tiles.

If you have Ceramic Tile flooring with grout, you need to scrub and clean them properly to remove stains and mold formation that could destroy the beautiful look of your flooring. Here are some simple tips to help you clean your ceramic tile flooring easily:

For your daily maintenance, all you need to do is to map your ceramic flooring regularly. It is best to map it every day to prevent dirt, dust, and molds to pile up in the tile and on the grout.

Invest on a good map, damp it with warm water with mild detergent mixture and start mapping your ceramic tile flooring. Next is to map it with dry map and let the tiles dry up before allowing anyone to pass the area.

If you have ceramic tiles in the bathroom, all you need is a dependable scrubbing map and map it with warm water with mild detergent mixture, too. Then, rinse it properly making sure no detergent residue is left behind. Soap residue can form a bad discoloration in the grout, so make sure to rinse it properly. Then, let it dry or map it with dry and water absorbent cloth.
