If you want your deposit back from the landlord or owner when you move out from your apartment or home, you need to leave you place clean and like the way it was when you first moved in. Leaving you place a mess will just require the owner to
hire a cleaning company, and you need to foot the bill.
Cleaning up after yourself when you move out is not really that hard - many people just forget about it because they get caught up with all the needs and requirements of their move. Moving is indeed a very stressful endeavor, and it's easy to lost track of something like having to clean the place you are moving out off. One important thing you should have done from the start is to have photographs of all the different parts and sections of the house so you have a reference point on what the output needs to be. This will also give you proof if ever existing defects of the facilities will be charged to you. The most efficient way to go about is to
include a cleaning session in your moving plan, so that you can prepare before hand - or clean / fix spaces at different times, making it easer and more manageable.
