This philosophy stands for five Japanese words that pertain to a methodology not just for business but as well as for cleaning.

· Seiri or Sorting: Check out your things in the office. Check out the files to sort out the needed and unneeded files and other stuffs you have inside.

· Seiso or Sweeping: This means that when you came and work in a clean office, see to it that you will also work and leave in a clean office. So, sweeping must be done every now and then.
· Seiketsu Standardizing: Provide standardized manual on workplace cleanliness and company behavior.
· Shitsuke Sustaining: This refers to a systematic and productive workplace not because the boss and clients are around but because everyone sustains their cleaning tasks.
