Before any prospective buyer comes to see and check the property, make sure that you have cleaned up the house. Let us just say that a clean and tidy house that is for sale will have higher value. So, spend a little in making it clean. Have the house repainted a bit and repair all the parts of the house that are broken or partially dilapidated. Do not let your things hang around in the house. Make a room for everything. Find a stock room where you can place all your old things. This will make the house a little tidier and cleaner. When you have these things set, you can practically sell the house easily!
